Creative Corridor – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Creative Corridor, a collaborative space created by Brand Corridor to support young talent and connect them with real creative opportunities.
By joining our WhatsApp group or submitting ideas to us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Purpose of Creative Corridor

Creative Corridor is designed to bring together talented individuals who wish to contribute ideas for real client projects.
Brand Corridor will share project briefs and idea requests without revealing client brand names for confidentiality.

  1. Idea Submission Process
  1. When a brief is posted, you may submit your idea:
    • As a document or presentation (DOC/PPT/PDF).
    • Your file should include all images, sketches, videos (via link), explanations, and references in one document.
  2. If you have a quick idea and want to discuss before creating the document, you may:
    • Request a call or meeting, or
    • Send a voice note to any Brand Corridor admin.
  3. You may submit ideas either:
    • Directly in the WhatsApp group, or
    • Privately to any admin/team member.
  1. Group Usage Guidelines
  • The WhatsApp group is strictly for real-time communication, updates, and discussions related to ideas and project details.
  • Members must remain respectful, supportive, and original.
  • Spam or copying others’ ideas is not allowed.
  1. Idea Evaluation & Selection
  1. The Brand Corridor team reviews all submitted ideas.
  2. A shortlist of ideas is prepared for presentation to the client.
  3. Shortlisted contributors will be notified directly.
  1. Payments & Compensation
  1. Shortlisted Ideas:
    • If your idea is selected by the Brand Corridor team to present to the client, you will receive LKR 1,500, paid within 10 days.
  2. Client-Selected Ideas:
    • If the client chooses your idea and the project is awarded to Brand Corridor, you will receive a minimum of LKR 15,000.
    • This amount may increase depending on the project size, budget, scope, and other factors.
    • Payment will be released within 40 days after the project is completed.
  3. Payment Method:
    • All payments will be made via bank transfer only for transparency and record-keeping.
    • All payment confirmations, invoices, and communication will be handled through email.
  1. Intellectual Property & Ownership
  1. When your idea is shortlisted (the LKR 1,500 payment), Brand Corridor does not take ownership of your idea yet.
  2. If the client selects your idea, and the project proceeds, you must enter into an agreement granting commercial ownership of the idea to Brand Corridor for execution.
  3. This transfer of ownership only applies to client-selected ideas.
  1. Confidentiality
  • All briefs shared in the group are confidential.
  • Members must not share project details, client information, or any internal communication outside the group.

By remaining in the Creative Corridor group or submitting ideas to Brand Corridor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
